Cannonball was a big push in the history of saxophone in the USA. His appearance was like a firework in the music scene, and the way he played always brought power, subtlety and joy to the band.

We want to pay tribute to the beautiful humain being he was, always bright, funny and truly faithful to himself and his band, as well as the music he created, recreated and transformed, marrying the blues with a big B to some heavy swing grooves as well as European classical tricks….
