Duke Ellington was an American pianist who was considered as the greatest jazz composer and bandleader of his time. Nowadays Stéphane Grappelli is called the « grandfather of the jazz violin »,
a virtuoso violinist who inspired four generations of musicians. Frédéric Chaine and Wajdi Riahi will pay tribute to the artistic collaboration of these two jazz legends in 1963 in Paris.
This acoustic duo will perform very famous jazz standards from Duke Ellington and also less known compositions from Stéphane Grappelli. Let’s swing!
