Don Marsh V is a quintet led by pianist Wouter Van den Broeck. While the group typically focuses on original compositions (as featured on their debut album Marshland), the individual musicians are deeply rooted in the rich history of jazz. For this special concert, they will explore the legacy of the genre by performing works from some of the most influential jazz masters like Duke Ellington, Charles Mingus, Thelonious Monk and Bud Powell.
